Track for life Program

All Secretariat Center Program Graduates are members of our Track for Life Program. Track for Life does annual check-ins complete with veterinary records and photos, as well as updates on riding and general welfare. It is our goal to provide continual support to our adopters, and it is our promise to our graduates that we ensure their safety and welfare.

If an owner wishes to sell or transfer ownership of a Graduate they are required to contact the Center directly (adopt@secretariatcenter.org) to complete a transfer contract. All new owners will become responsible for yearly Track for Life Updates.

2025 Track for Life forms are due December 31st, 2025. Early submissions are encouraged and appreciated.

Below are some highlights of our graduates and their adopters

“Speranza and I had a great year getting to a bunch of shows! We competed in our first regional champions at Training level and First Level. [We] decided to enter the open show at US Dressage Finals which was quite the experience and  such a big environment.”

“This was his first show ever, he was a good boy! Both Hennison and Noble Cornerstone love each other and make for great turn out buddies!”

Stephanie & Wicked Betty

Daisy has adjusted well to her new career of being an adult Ammy’s pet she loves to jump, is learning how to use her body through ground work, and has even participated in equine assisted learning and team building activities! We showed in our first show + she won her cross rail jumper classic! She also loves my toddler + all of the treats that come with him!

Addison & Kalakaua

When I think of the perfect horse I think of a well behaved, talented, motivated horse. And to say to say I found the perfect horse is an understatement, king is a 6yr off the track thoroughbred who I got from the secretariat center in Lexington Kentucky. King has a desire to do anything and everything I ask of him and I couldn’t be more grateful. King has a passion for jumping and loves to run cross country. King is a very talented young horse who’s has tons of potential, i am so excited to see what the future holds for us two

Erin & Little Curling

“He’s semi-retired at this point but living a happy life!”

Stanchion & Blakley

"Everyone at the barn loves her because she's so full of personality and so fun to be around. I've always been told that it's so special when you gain a mare's trust because they don't give it easily. But, once you do, they'll do anything for you. She has stolen my heart and I'm so grateful that The Secretariat Center was able to bring us together.”

Meghan & Patrioteer

Over the past year, we’ve won champion in our mini trial division, shown at WEC for the first time ever, enjoyed at least 136 miles of trails (including many creek crossings and fallen logs to jump), and beautiful sunsets at our barn. I’m lucky to call Brady mine and to share him with barn friends who ride/show him and give him treats when I’m traveling. He even was a catch ride for a Pony Club kid from Hawaii at the US Pony Club Championships this past July

Gabrielle & Outbound

I cannot imagine life without Porter as a member of our family. It has been such a joy to watch him come into his personality. He is truly a puppy dog, incredibly well-mannered/level-headed, and always looking for a carrot. He’s a lazy boy who would prefer to hack around but when he gets to business is so athletic with endless potential. I am honored to be his person and grateful for the partnership we have developed!

Lee & Kris’s Affair

From what began as “love as first sight” with Kris now includes Mr. B, and Topper. Our herd of four are together now “til death do us part”

Tanner & Beg To Differ
