This collector’s edition calendar is the eighth and final in a series that celebrates the legacy of one of the greatest racehorses of all time, Secretariat. The series is part of a research project by writer/photographer Patricia McQueen on Secretariat as a sire, which led to the 2023 publication of Secretariat’s Legacy, the only book about Secretariat’s influence as a stallion.

**Limited quantities of this Final Edition calendar have been signed by Secretariat’s jockey, Ron Turcotte, and are available for purchase through our store (limit 1 per person)**

The 2025 calendar celebrates some of Secretariat’s best racing sons and daughters:

Lady’s Secret, the 1986 Horse of the Year who is a member of racing’s Hall of Fame.

Terlingua, a second-crop sensation who went on to produce Storm Cat.

Pancho Villa, a fast stakes-winning full brother to Terlingua.

Tinners Way, a member of Secretariat’s last crop who was a two-time winner of the Pacific Classic.

Risen Star, the 1988 Preakness and Belmont winner and champion 3-year-old.

Academy Award, a talented turf runner who won the 1991 Manhattan.

General Assembly, record-setting Travers winner from Secretariat’s second crop.

Super Staff, a top mare on the turf in 1992 who defeated champion Flawlessly twice.

D’Accord, a top 2-year-old of 1981 who dominated the Breeders’ Futurity at Keeneland.

Kingston Rule, the record-setting winner of the 1990 Melbourne Cup.

Medaille d’Or, the 1978 champion 2-year-old colt in Canada.

Finally, there is a beautiful photo of Secretariat at his Aqueduct retirement ceremony on November 6, 1973, courtesy of Coglianese Photos.

This 12-month calendar runs from January 2025 through December 2025, and measures 12" wide and 18" tall when opened.

All profits from the sale of the calendar are shared by two important equine aftercare organizations: The Secretariat Center and Old Friends. A profit share is also allocated to the Maryland Horse Foundation.

A limited number of previous years’ calendars are still available (2019-2024). Please check out the Store for further details.
